What’s with the Rightwingers Anyway?

Conservatives seem an irrational bunch. I mean their idea of proof is their own firm belief. Are they

1. Stupid?
2. Ignorant?
3. Cowardly?

They believe weird impossible things and reject disproving facts. Crazy schtuff. And this.

    As John Stuart Mill once said ::

    I never meant to say that the Conservatives are generally stupid. I meant to say that stupid people are generally Conservative. I believe that is so obviously and universally admitted a principle that I hardly think any gentleman will deny it.
